A

Admin

User responsible for configuring all CRM components needed for Andi.

Andi Optimizer

Optimizes the HCP Journey based on the activities most impactful for an HCP.

B

Brand Manager

User responsible for monitoring CRM Journeys and Andi Insights and Suggestions to ensure they are reviewed and implemented by Field Users.

C

Constraints

Values that can be applied Andi-wide, at the HCP or Logic Agent level. For example, the maximum number of Suggestions sent to a Field User per day.

Control File

File that contains instruction on how Veeva CRM is to process the data file (for example, file names, destination table, update mode).

D

Data File

File that contains third-party data loaded into a destination table in the Andi data store.

Data Store

The storage mechanism containing persisted third-party data to be utilized by Andi Logic Agents.

Decile

A 1 to 10 scoring at the HCP and product level to indicate the value and priority of the HCP to a brand.

De-dupe

Process for removing duplicate date (data cleansing) before it is used by Andi.

Destination table

A table in the Andi data store containing third-party data.

Direct Action

Email or text sent directly to the HCP on behalf of the customer.

Engagement

HCP trait segmenting HCPs based on engagement likelihood, diminishing returns, email Send Time Optimization (STO), or do not engage.

Field User

CRM end Field Users, including sales reps and MSLs, when CRM is integrated with Andi.

HCP Trait

HCP profile inputs used by Andi to determine which Insights and Suggestions should be sent to each Field User.

Insight

Information provided by Andi to prepare a Field User for engagement to support the HCP along the Journey.

Journey

Journeys can be used to enhance HCP engagement and progression along the Brand Lifecycle. Journey Stages contain actions from which Andi can choose.

Journey Stage

Part of a Journey. HCPs are assigned to a stage representing their behavior or perspective related to a given product.

Logic Agent

Used in Andi to assess changes in data considered actionable business events.

Lookback Period

Maximum time period for data evaluation by the Optimizer.

NRx

New prescriptions data only. Does not include refill prescriptions.

P

Prescribing Behavior

HCP trait segmenting HCPs based on market volume and market index, Journey product volume and volume index, and competitor volume and volume index.

Profile

HCP trait segmenting HCPs based on locale.

Progression Criteria

A set of quantifiable conditions to indicate when an HCP can progress along the Journey to the next stage.

Q

Quality Control (QC)

Process to validate third-party data files to remove bad data such as invalid reference data, product ID not defined, incorrect aggregation, and missing sales records before it is sent to the Optimizer.

Responsiveness

HCP trait segmenting HCPs based on channel affinity.

S

Segment

Part of a Journey. An HCP classification based on market potential as it relates to a product.

Stage Points

A value attributed to a stage to indicate the value associated with “graduation” of an HCP from that stage.

Suggestion

Suggestions contain information presented to Field Users about how to engage with accounts via multiple channels based on customer- or partner-generated data. Provided in Andi using Veeva CRM Suggestions.

Traits

Qualities specific to an HCP, for example, leader, follower, digitally responsive, F2F affinity, or influencer.

TRx

Total prescription data, including new and refill prescriptions.
