A 1 to 10 scoring at the HCP and product level to indicate the value and priority of the HCP to a brand.
Process for removing duplicate date (data cleansing) before it is used by Andi.
A table in the Andi data store containing third-party data.
Email or text sent directly to the HCP on behalf of the customer.
HCP trait segmenting HCPs based on engagement likelihood, diminishing returns, email Send Time Optimization (STO), or do not engage.
CRM end Field Users, including sales reps and MSLs, when CRM is integrated with Andi.

Process to validate third-party data files to remove bad data such as invalid reference data, product ID not defined, incorrect aggregation, and missing sales records before it is sent to the Optimizer.

Part of a Journey. An HCP classification based on market potential as it relates to a product.
A value attributed to a stage to indicate the value associated with “graduation” of an HCP from that stage.
Suggestions contain information presented to Field Users about how to engage with accounts via multiple channels based on customer- or partner-generated data. Provided in Andi using Veeva CRM Suggestions.
Qualities specific to an HCP, for example, leader, follower, digitally responsive, F2F affinity, or influencer.
